ATC Services is a construction and property-services company based in South Shore, Kentucky, serving Metro Atlanta from Marietta, Georgia, with more than 25 years of hands-on experience.
Commercial construction and property services
Our work includes commercial buildouts and remodeling, metal-stud framing, drywall, suspended ceilings, flooring and floor coatings, concrete and masonry repair, painting, doors, finish carpentry, and ongoing property maintenance. We also complete qualifying residential repairs and remodeling.
Where ATC Services works
ATC Services considers qualifying projects across Kentucky, Ohio, West Virginia, Tennessee, Indiana, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. Metro Atlanta projects are served from Marietta, Georgia; our primary operations are based in South Shore, Kentucky.
Direct, practical project planning
We review scope, site conditions, access, safety requirements, schedule, and operating constraints before preparing a clear estimate. Customers work directly with Tony Picklesimer, primary contact, or Adam Whatley, Metro Atlanta contact. Our leadership experience includes work as a general contractor, subcontractor, project manager, and construction manager across commercial and residential projects. ATC Services carries active general liability and workers’ compensation insurance. We follow applicable OSHA requirements, local regulations, site-specific safety procedures, and client rules.
